Forgotten Lives - A Dreary City of Pain - Sickness Killing Us (A Haiku Rp)
Her head pounded hard. All her coughs echoed loudly. Her hands grazed the wall.
Where should she go now? Her constitution was weak. No one would take her.
She longed for that light. So warm, kind and forgiving. Someone to lean on.
Her back faced the city, hunched over with heavy thoughts made, a plague that would follow.
She walked to a place, not populated, you see. She was still so kind.
Even to higher ups. No one should deserve to die, she had always said.
Should it end with her, she would be happy to take. The sickness from them.
The park was so empty, a perfect place to rest body, all except that man.
The snow blanketed. Heavy on their weak shoulders. Sat down beside him, and hoped he would not be mad, she wished last for that.
Suddenly, something ran over her. A strange sort of feeling, a dangerous wonder. A burning that welled up inside of her chest, she clutched it so desperately, and cursed that it was. Her face burned hot, and her eyes stung with tears. The feeling was much more than she could bear. Though, however painful it was, she was still so painfully unselfish. She would not curse it on anyone else , if it would only end with her. She squeezed her eyes shut and waited for the pain to subside.

The snow fell thickly, blanketing deep cold puddles. It's common weather.
He sniffled lightly. What's this Sickness now plagues us? Why is it deathly?
Does he have it, though? Buried deep beneath his chest? Scalding his vast mind?
He hoped to survive. He was determined to live. He didn't need help.
Not like those people. Those people that were so rich. They walked over him.
She came to the place, that he huddled in; hoping. Her coughs echoing.
She was plagued like them. Like everyone, she suffered. He felt her deep pain.
Should...How could he help? Reaching out his hand, longing. Longing to help her.
Longing to save her. Innocent, to be punished? How cruel is life.
The snow continued. Falling all-around these two. Calming the dark plague.

The man stared at her. So she moved away from him. Not for anyone else--this painful disease. She did not want to pass it. Unless he had it.
As they all walked by, she had to wonder of them, like her? Sick, helpless, hopeless. The only cure was death. But if you had money then...that was what she lacks. And that, so did he, the man sitting beside her, with a hand towards her. She looked at his hand, was he suffering as well? From that same disease?
She slowly took it, hoping she would not infect, and gave it a squeeze. "Thank you," she whispered. She gave him a small smile. But what could he do?
