Place name: Washington D.C. (District of Columbia)
Human Name: Noah Jones
Appearance: He has a military haircut that is sort of over grown. Military dog tags on a ball chain around his neck. His normal attire consists of jeans or cargo pants (often camo). Blue eyes like America's.
Gender: Male
Age: A bratty fifteen
Personality: Very hotheaded and moody. Can get rather rebellious when it comes to America since he isn't rather fond of him. Is heterosexual but can open up to homosexual's if the right guy comes along. Can get very sweet and romantic if he really loves the person or has just listened to a sweet song or read something sweet.
